YO! ^__^

HOpe yall are doin fine in this
cold ass winter (well perhaps some ov you are
lucky enough to escape the bitter cold winds)

I've been busy up at the tattoo shop. A steady output of butterflies, skulls, crosses, and text tattoos at least one of each per week. But i get lucky - i have a few pretty intense custom pieces that i'm working on. This week my friends full back piece, a dragon sleeve design, and cover-ups for my friends horrid arm. About 20% at least, of the work i get is going back and covering up or touching up bad tattoo work. SO - make sure your tat artist is AWESOME and that you really like the design as well... you can save your self the trouble and come to me for your tats ;)

but if you are too far away - the big cities have some pretty elite artists. The saying goes - you get what you pay for - pay for what you get. To give you a price idea - a back piece can easily climb up to a 5,000$ range - give or take a 1,000. Small words, a butterfly, heart, kanji - as long as its simple and small - somewhere around 75. Sleeves can run you above 500$. It all depends pretty much on complexity. Just like a drawing or a painting - a tattoo can be as complex as you want the artist to get to it. But you have to pay for the time and the elaboration... If they're is anymore last advice aside from what i've given - it is just to re-emphasize the investment you are making upon your skin. Good artists cost good money usually. Not to say that you need to be raped and ripped off of your cash - but you are investing in art that will be with you for life ;)

but yes... working on a painting or two for christmas gifts. Starting to rough out the second chapter of my book. I'm pretty much drawing at a non-stop pace. To the point where my fingers are actually starting to callus to the form of how i hold my pencil >_<

awesome

so anyways - i'll catch yall l8r

I've been thinking more about other tattoos i want to get but i'll try and reserve at least one for you to do. It's been too long since I've had ink done and, like a crack-head, I've been itching for more. Of course, the only problem is money at this time. Hopefully we'll meet up in San Diego this coming summer.
Oh, and happy slaughter and consumption of turkey flesh day tomorrow!

Turkey.... Damn North American birds!!! Why don't they grow them in other countries!

Yeah, I need another tattoo, too.

Are we sill aiming for San Diego this summer?

Tickets are already on sale.
